Who Is This Course For?

Anyone needing Fire Safety training for their place of work.

If you need fire marshal training, our Level 2 Fire Marshal course will be better suited to your needs.

Please note: This is a theoretical course. Depending on your place of work and role, you may require practical follow up training in your workplace.

Understand the characteristics of fire, smoke and toxic fumes

Know the fire hazards in the working environment

Be aware of basic fire safety and local fire safety protocols, including responsibilities of staff

Know actions to take on hearing the fire alarm

Be familiar with different types of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures

Assessment

You must gain a minimum of 75% in the end of module assessments in order to gain your certificate for this course. You can attempt the assessments as many times as you would like.

PDF Reader: Some of our courses come with PDFs and Word documents for download. You need to ensure that you have a PDF reader and word processor on your device to access these documents if you would like to download them.

Each of our courses comes with a certificate which you can use to demonstrate your knowledge to the world.

Some of our courses have assessments attached to them and you must achieve a certain mark to pass the assessment and gain your certificate.
