Face to Face Courses

Basic Life Support (BLS) Training

During this short course, learners will cover basic life support content, including CPR, recovery position, and choking. This course is CSTF aligned and covers standard 12 of the Care Ceritificate.

CSTF Aligned

This course is aligned to the Core Skills Training Framework. Assessed competencies are valid for 1 year.

Small Groups

We only have a maximum of 4 people per BLS course. This helps us to provide quality training and comply with COVID-19 first aid training regulations.

Assessments Included

3 x Practical assessments.

We provide competency documents for this course which will be given to your manager on completion of the course.

Level 3 (RQF) Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

During this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries.

Regulated Qualification

Earn a regulated first aid qualification which is valid for 3 years. Our EFAW course is accredited and regulated by Qualsafe Awards.

We only have a maximum of 6 people per EFAW course. This helps us to provide quality training and comply with COVID-19 first aid training regulations.

Assessments Included

4 x Practical assessments and 1 x Theory assessment (Multiple Choice Question Paper).

We provide e-certificates for this course which will be emailed to you on successful completion of the course.
